I'm having issues with Cloud Saving!
Your save file will be shared automatically with all devices using the same iCloud account. You can change which iCloud account you are using in the Settings app on your device.
The game crashed/keeps crashing!
First, please try rebooting your device, as this can fix some simple issues. Do this by holding down the power button until the 'power off' message appears. Follow the instructions, and then use the power button to switch the device back on.
Unfortunately the game is only compatible with devices with more that 512MB of system memory. These include iPhone 4 and newer, iPad 2 and newer, and iPod Touch 5th Gen and newer.
There is no sound!
Check that your device is not muted. Do this by looking at the switch right next to the volume controls. If the switch is revealing an orange dot, then your device s muted. Slide the switch to obscure the orange dot and you should hear the game audio.
